Greetings Dose Denver!
It has been an exciting month with new members and our successful program of Doses & Mimosas last Saturday with Dose Denver Mycologist Isaiah Chavez and Dr. Manesh Girn, The Psychedelic Scientist, talking about the science of psilocybin and mushrooms. Big Thank Yous to everyone who came out and supported us in community! We plan to have the audio and video available soon for those who wished they were there to experience it in person - We missed you!
As we continue to grow, we are also planning to make some big updates to the program in the fall, hopefully offering more customizable wellness options for membership, a redesign of our website, more plant medicine gifts, more education, more harm reduction, and more integration. Please, stay tuned for additional announcements around this!
We are so grateful for the ways we have been connecting with you all as the program continues to grow and we continue to find ways to do better, offering more. As a Member, we honor how you are the perfect ambassadors to the community. A great way to engage and interact with our community is to join us at our Doses & Mimosas fundraiser events!
Doses & Mimosas events include:
- Plugging into a welcoming, sacred, like-hearted community
- Engaging with other members to exchange stories and experiences about plant medicines
- Learning more about Dose Denver's Premium Membership Program
- Two plant medicine mocktails with your choice of Blue Lotus or Fly Agaric Amanita!

It will be 3 days of yoga/wellness workshops and live music and free community vendor village and wellness presentations. We will be in the vendor area, accessible to the public, with our amazing mycological partner Original Meds, and will be on public stage for one of the wellness presentations! Lastly, this recent article in The Guardian, "The end-of-life patients finding solace in magic mushrooms: βWhat life after life could be likeβ" is a fantastic read about how psilocybin-assisted therapy helps treat end of life anxiety. What a beautiful way to think of that part of our human experience: Life after life. We would love to know what you think about this article and any of the content we share as we hope it is supportive to you and others with whom you share your wellness journeys!
As always, if you have any suggestions or feedback on ways that you would like this program to be improved, please let us know. This program is here to serve you, and any ideas to support are always invited!
With gratitude,
The Dose Denver Team
